Delivery Information

In order to protect both customers and Royal Mail staff during the coronavirus outbreak, Royal Mail will be implementing 'Contactless Deliveries'.

Rather than giving customers hand-held devices to sign for deliveries that require a signature, they will instead log the name of the person accepting the item.

In addition, for items that are too big to fit through the letterbox and for those who are self-isolating, Royal Mail staff have been asked to place the delivery on the doorstep, knock the door, and step back to a safe distance while the customer retrieves their item.

This will ensure your parcels are delivered securely rather than being left outside unattended.

Despatch and postage costs.
We despatch weekdays Monday- Friday but not weekends, Stocked items if placed before 2pm will be despatched the same day.
Any orders placed on either a Saturday or Sunday will not be processed till the Monday or Bank holidays the next working day.
