Our Process
Our process is simple. Select the appropriate plating services for the jewellery you'd like us to replate. Then, once you have placed your order, you will be sent instructions via email on how to get your jewellery safely to us.
Once your jewellery has reached us, we’ll clean and prepare the pieces, ensuring they’re free from dirt. Then, we carefully apply the plating using a process called electroplating, where the metal is bonded to your jewellery to restore its shine and finish. We’ll give your piece a durable, lustrous coating that brings it back to life. Your jewellery will be given a new lease of life and be ready to be sent back to you within 3-4 working days.
