Mainland UK Delivery

Sending Your Jewellery to Us

You are responsible for the cost of sending your jewellery to us for replating.

We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery, which starts from £9.95. Prices vary depending on the parcel weight, delivery speed, and level of compensation cover selected.

How to send your item:

1. Carefully wrap your jewellery in protective packaging.
2. Print your order confirmation email and place it inside the parcel.
3. Take your parcel to your local Post Office and send it using Royal Mail Special Delivery. 
4. Keep your proof of postage and tracking number until your order has been completed and returned to you.

Free Return Shipping

Once your jewellery has been replated, we will return it to you free of charge within Mainland UK.

Please note:

• Signature is required on delivery. If no one is available to receive the parcel, Royal Mail will leave instructions for rearranging delivery or collection.
• We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.
• Returned parcels are sent using a tracked service, allowing delivery to be confirmed.
• Royal Mail does not normally deliver on Sundays. Saturday delivery is subject to Royal Mail availability in your area.
• Multiple items included in the same order will be returned together in one parcel where possible.

International Customers
